公路桥梁钻孔灌注桩后压浆技术分析

摘要 为了保证公路桥梁钻孔灌注桩基础的承载能力,防止其在运营期间沉降过大,可使用后压浆技术。按压浆方式不同,将后压浆技术分为桩侧后压浆、桩端后压浆及联合后压浆,分析了不同压浆技术的加固机理。以S218公路沿线的五星大桥为例,分析了浆液水灰比、压浆量、压浆压力等参数的确定方法,结合现场施工情况总结了后压浆顺序、终止压浆条件及压浆注意事项;基于静载试验,绘制了1^(^(#))桩和2^(#)桩的荷载-沉降曲线,发现后压浆钻孔灌注桩的承载能力满足设计要求;利用数值计算软件建立模型,模拟了桩端固结直径、侧向摩擦系数对后压浆钻孔灌注桩沉降的影响,模拟结果表明:随着桩端固结直径、侧向摩擦系数的增加,后压浆钻孔灌注桩的承载能力提升,沉降减小。 In order to ensure the bearing capacity of cast-in-place bored pile foundation of highway bridge and prevent its excessive settlement during operation,post-grouting technique can be used.According to different grouting methods,post-grouting techniques are divided into pile side post-grouting,pile end post-grouting and combined post-grouting.Taking the Wuxing Bridge along the S218 highway as an example,the methods for determining the parameters of slurry-water-cement ratio,grouting volume and grouting pressure were analyzed,based on the static load test,the load-settlement curves of 1^(#)Pile and 2^(#)pile are drawn,it is found that the bearing capacity of the post-grouting bored pile meets the design requirements,and the influence of the diameter of consolidation at the pile tip and the lateral friction coefficient on the settlement of the post-grouting bored pile is simulated by using the numerical calculation software,the simulation results show that the bearing capacity and settlement of the post-grouting bored pile increase with the increase of the diameter of consolidation and lateral friction coefficient.
