摘要
为研究影响钢桥面板U肋与顶板连接焊缝焊趾疲劳性能的因素,以某大桥为例,建立包含3道横隔板及中间3个U肋的有限元模型,并采用结构应力法进行分析。结果表明:1)增大顶板厚度可有效降低焊趾处的应力集中,提高疲劳性能,但当厚度超过20 mm后,影响逐渐减小,而U肋厚度的增加对焊趾处的结构应力影响较小,综合考虑经济性与结构安全性,建议顶板厚度取16 mm~24 mm,U肋厚度取8 mm~12 mm;2)增大焊趾尺寸可降低应力集中,提升疲劳性能,建议取值范围为6 mm~14 mm;3)U肋与顶板间隙对焊缝疲劳性能影响显著,减小间隙有助于提高焊缝疲劳性能。该研究结果可为U肋与顶板连接焊缝焊趾疲劳细节的设计和加工制造提供理论依据。
In order to study the factors affecting the fatigue performance of the weld toe at the connection between the U-rib and the top plate of a steel bridge deck,a finite element model was established for a bridge consisting of three cross beams and three U-ribs.The structural stress method was used for analysis.The results show that:1)Iincreasing the thickness of the top plate effectively reduces stress concentration at the weld toe,improving fatigue performance.However,when the thickness exceeds 20 mm,the impact gradually decreases.The increase in U-rib thickness has a minimal effect on the structural stress at the weld toe.Considering both economic and structural safety factors,it is recommended that the top plate thickness be in the range of 16 mm to 24 mm,and the U-rib thickness be in the range of 8 mm to 12 mm.2)Increasing the weld toe size can reduce stress concentration and improve fatigue performance,with a recommended range of 6 mm to 14 mm.3)The gap between the U-rib and the top plate significantly affects the fatigue performance of the weld.Reducing the gap helps to improve the fatigue performance of the weld.The research results provide a theoretical basis for the design and manufacturing of the weld toe at the connection between the U-rib and the top plate.
