摘要
低压油气田的固井技术难度较大,容易出现漏失和井壁不稳定等问题,影响后续生产。针对该问题,首先对固井难点与技术对策进行分析,在此基础上,对微珠低密度水泥浆体系的配置进行分析,最后开展环空当量循环密度模拟与控制研究,为推动固井作业领域的发展奠定基础。
The cementing technology in low-pressure oil and gasfields is difficult,and it is prone to problems such as leakage and unstable wellbore,which affect subsequent production.In response to this issue,this studyfirst analyzes the difficulties and technical countermeasures of well cementing.Based on this,the configuration of the low-density cement slurry system with microbeads is analyzed.Finally,research is conducted on the simulation and control of annular ECD(equivalent circulating density),laying the foundation for promoting the development of well cementing operations.
