摘要
为满足软弱土层的承载力和变形控制要求,结合勘察成果,开展了CFG桩的地基处理设计。通过静载试验、现场沉降量监测及预测分析,评价了地基处理效果。研究结果表明:在CFG桩设计中,采用桩径为400 mm,桩长为11 m,桩间距为1.5 m×1.5 m,褥垫层厚度为20 cm。同时,静载试验结果显示,当荷载加载至320 kPa时,CFG桩的桩体未出现破坏现象,说明其承载力符合设计要求。此外,基于现场沉降量监测及预测分析,CFG桩的沉降量呈显著收敛趋势,预测值范围为7.12 mm~8.04 mm,属设计允许的沉降控制范围,进一步验证了CFG桩的沉降控制效果较好,达到了设计要求,为类似工程提供了宝贵的经验。
In order to meet the bearing capacity and deformation control requirements of weak soil layers,and based on the survey results,the foundation treatment design of CFG piles was carried out.The effectiveness of foundation treatment was evaluated through static load tests,on-site settlement monitoring,and predictive analysis.The research results indicate that in the design of CFG piles,a pile diameter of 400 mm,a pile length of 11 m,a pile spacing of 1.5 m×1.5 m,and a cushion thickness of 20 cm are adopted.Meanwhile,the static load test results showed that when the load was loaded to 320 kPa,there was no damage to the CFG pile body,indicating that its bearing capacity meets the design requirements.In addition,based on on-site settlement monitoring and prediction analysis,the settlement of CFG piles shows a significant convergence trend,with a predicted value range of 7.12 mm~8.04 mm,which is within the allowable settlement control range of the design,and further verifies that the settlement control effect of CFG piles is good and meets the design requirements,providing valuable experience for similar projects.
