光纤传感技术领域专利文献分析

Analysis of Patent Literature in the Field of Optical Fiber Sensing Technology

摘要 结合光纤传感技术应用背景,本文对专利申请的进展进行统计分析,阐述光纤传感技术领域专利在发明创造和技术保护方面的重要作用。采用数据检索、统计与分析的方法,完成了国内光纤传感技术领域专利申请的专利类型、技术分类、应用对象、申请主体、学科分布和地域分布等方面的统计与分析。分析结果表明,光纤传感技术领域专利覆盖的应用对象和学科领域较多,专利申请总量达到了29543件;发明专利、实用新型专利和外观设计专利等3种专利类型中发明专利的申请量占有较大优势,占比达到了77.04%;在专利技术类型方面,点式传感的技术类型专利申请数量多于分布式应用,占比达到了63.7%;专利申请的主体中,高校类和企业类的申请量相当,占比分别为52.2%和47.8%;在地域分布中,东部地区和华北地区的专利申请量相当并远大于其它地区的申请量,申请总量为16426件,占比达到56%,且每年专利的申请数量呈现逐年上升态势。通过对光纤传感技术领域专利申请情况进行统计与分析,探讨当前光纤传感技术领域专利面临的问题与挑战,有助于从事该领域的技术人员了解目前该方向专利申请的现状;为相关高校、企业或创新主体在技术布局和专利申请上提供参考。 Fiber optic sensing technology has important applications in bridges,dams,machinery,aerospace and other fields.This article combines the application background of fiber optic sensing technology,conducts a statistical analysis on the progress of patent applications,and explains the important role of patents in the field of fiber optic sensing technology in invention creation and technology protection.Data retrieval,statistics and analysis methods are used to complete the statistics and analysis of patent types,technical classifications,application objects,application subjects,discipline distribution and geographical distribution of domestic patent applications in the field of fiber optic sensing technology.The analysis results show that the patents in the field of optical fiber sensing technology cover a large number of application objects and subject areas,with a total of 29543 patent applications.Among the three types of patents,invention patents,utility model patents and design patents,the number of patent applications for invention patents has a greater advantage,accounting for 77.04%.In terms of patent technology types,the number of patent applications for point sensing technology types is more than that for distributed applications,accounting for 63.7%.Among the subjects of patent applications,the number of applications from universities and enterprises is equivalent,accounting for 52.2%and 47.8%respectively.In terms of geographical distribution,the number of patent applications in the central and eastern regions and North China is equivalent and far greater than that in other regions,with a total of 16426 applications,accounting for 56%,and the number of patent applications each year is increasing year by year.By statistically analyzing the patent application status in the field of optical fiber sensing technology,the problems and challenges faced by patents in the field of optical fiber sensing technology are discussed,which will help technicians in this field understand the current status of patent applications in this direction.At the same time,it can also provide references for relevant universities,enterprises or innovation entities in technology layout and patent applications.
