摘要
目的:探究对重症肺炎机械通气患者采用标准化早期康复护理的临床应用价值。方法:选取2022年2月至2024年5月东南大学附属中大医院收治的62例重症肺炎机械通气患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各31例。对照组患者采取常规护理措施,观察组患者采取标准化早期康复护理干预措施,对比两组患者肺功能、临床康复指标及并发症发生率。结果:护理前,两组患者肺功能对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,观察组患者FVC、FEV1和PEF水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组ICU住院时间、吸痰次数和气管插管留置时间均低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对重症肺炎机械通气患者采用标准化早期康复护理措施,有助于改善患者肺功能,促进患者快速康复,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To explore the clinical application value of standardized early rehabilitation nursing for patients with severe pneumonia and mechanical ventilation.Methods:62 patients with severe pneumonia and mechanical ventilation in Zhongda Hospital Affiliated to Southeast University from February 2022 to May 2024 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 31 cases in each group.Patients in the control group took routine nursing measures,and patients in the observation group took standardized early rehabilitation nursing intervention measures.Lung function,clinical rehabilitation indicators and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in lung function between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the levels of FVC,FEV1 and PEF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the length of ICU stay,the number of sputum aspiration and endotracheal intubation retention time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adopting standardized early rehabilitation nursing measures for patients with severe pneumonia and mechanical ventilation is helpful to improve lung function,promote rapid recovery of patients,and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical application.
