摘要
作为一种生物质建筑材料,竹材在建筑领域的应用越来越广泛,竹集成材以其优秀的加工和材料性能成为了工程竹材的常见类型。销连接加工简单、受力性能良好,是竹木结构最常见的连接方式。为了确定侧压竹集成材横纹销槽承压强度,对6组120个试件进行了横纹销槽承压试验,研究了销栓直径、试件形状对强度的影响。研究结果表明:侧压竹集成材横纹销槽承压破坏形态单一,受压区下部竹纤维沿胶层处开裂;当销栓直径为12~16 mm时,试件横纹销槽承压强度随销栓直径加大呈现下降趋势,当销栓直径超过16 mm时,初始刚度和横纹销槽承压强度均趋于稳定。对欧洲规范和《木结构设计标准》(GB 50005—2017)中的木结构销槽承压强度公式理论值与试验值进行了对比,并建立了适用于侧压竹集成材横纹销槽承压强度的预测公式。
As a kind of biomass building material,bamboo is more and more widely used in the construction field.Laminated bamboo lumber has become a common type of engineering bamboo because of its excellent processing and material properties.Pin connection has the advantages of simple processing and good mechanical performance,which is the most common connection mode of bamboo and timber structures.In order to determine the dowel-bearing strength of side-pressure laminated bamboo lumber perpendicular to grain,6 groups of 120 specimens were tested,and the effects of pin diameter and specimen shape on the strength were studied.The results show that the dowel-bearing failure mode of side-pressure laminated bamboo lumber perpendicular to grain is single,and the bamboo fiber in the lower part of the compression zone cracks along the glue layer.When the pin diameter varies within the range of 12-16 mm,the dowel-bearing strength of side-pressure laminated bamboo lumber perpendicular to grain decreases with the increase of pin diameter.When the pin diameter exceeds 16 mm,the initial stiffness and dowel-bearing strength of side-pressure laminated bamboo lumber perpendicular to grain tend to be stable.The dowel-bearing strength formula theoretical values of timber structure in European code and Standard for design of timber structures(GB 50005—2017)were compared with the test values,and the prediction formula suitable for the dowel-bearing strength of side-pressure laminated bamboo lumber perpendicular to grain was established.
