摘要
随着社会进步,对深化产教融合、全面提升人才培养质量提出了更高要求。课程团队基于梅赛德斯奔驰汽车售后服务机电维修岗位典型工作任务,依托戴姆勒中国职业教育项目丰富的校企软硬件资源基础,引入奔驰数字大灯、合成气体检测法、SPX-ROBINAIR空调维护器等新技术、新工艺、新设备,实现专业升级。以校企合作共建的戴姆勒中国职业教育在线平台、奔驰车间信息管理系统、市级精品在线开放课程为基础,实现数字化改造。基于游戏驱动,打造“乐学、善学、尚学”课堂,围绕学生主体,先激发学习兴趣,再促进职业能力生成,最后享受学习获得感,层层递进促成学习目标达成。实践证明,基于“乐学、善学、尚学”主线实施的课程教学,学生课堂积极性得到了有效的激发。
With the progress of society,higher requirements are put forward for deepening the integration of production and education and comprehensively improving the quality of personnel training.The course team is based on the typical tasks of after-sales service mechanical and electrical maintenance posts of Mercedes-Benz cars and relies on the rich hardware and software resources of Daimler China vocational education program.The introduction of Mercedes-Benz digital headlights,synthetic gas detection method,SPX-ROBINAIR air conditioning maintenance and other new technologies,new processes,new equipment,to achieve professional upgrades.Based on the school-enterprise cooperation of Daimler China vocational education online platform,Mercedes-Benz workshop information management system,and municipal quality online open courses,digital transformation is realized.Based on the game drive,create a"happy learning,good learning,still learning"classroom,centering on the students'main body,first stimulate the interest in learning,then promote the generation of professional ability,and finally enjoy the sense of learning,so as to achieve the learning goal.Practice has proved that the curriculum teaching based on the main line of"happy learning,good learning and still learning"has effectively stimulated students'classroom enthusiasm.
