摘要
基于DSP28035设计了一种能馈式单相交流电子负载。该单相交流电子负载由负载特性模拟单元和能量回馈单元两部分组成,能够实现负载在阻性、感性和容性间的自由切换、功率因数连续可调以及电能的回馈功能。主电路采用单相AC/DC/AC的两级变换结构,控制策略上采用的是基于单极性SPWM调制的数字PI控制,其中前级负载特性模拟单元采用单电流环控制,后级能量回馈单元采用电压外环和电流内环双闭环控制。基于上述方案设计了小功率的试验样机进行测验,实验结果证实了该方案的简单易行,能够实现负载特性的模拟和电能的回馈功能。
An energy-feedback single-phase AC electronic load is designed based on DSP28035.The single-phase AC electronic load is composed of a load characteristic simulation unit and an energy feedback unit,which can realize the free switching of the resistive,inductive and capacitive load,the adjustable power factor and the electric energy feedback.A two-stage conversion structure of single-phase AC/DC/AC is adopted,and the digital PI control strategy is based on unipolar SPWM modulation.The current loop control is adopted for the load characteristic simulation unit,but the double closed-loop control of voltage outer loop and current inner loop is adopted for the energy feedback unit.Using the above scheme,a low-power test prototype is designed for testing.The experimental results confirm that the scheme is simple and easy to be implemented,and can realize the simulation of load characteristics and the feedback function of electric energy.
