摘要
为提升板材在建筑结构中的稳定性与安全性,助力装配式建筑的高质量发展至关重要。文章设计强度等级为A5.0、干密度等级为B06的装配式板,其材料由水泥、生石灰、机制砂、脱硫石膏、铝粉按15∶20∶55∶9∶1的质量比组成,各项性能指标均符合国家蒸压加气混凝土板标准。随后对该装配式蒸压加气混凝土板在正面平放、侧面立放两种静置叠放方式,以及正面布置、侧面布置两种安装布置条件下的弯矩、挠度、稳定性、支座反力和变形等参数进行受力分析与计算。计算结果表明:在静置状态下,板底部变形值为0.326 mm,侧面立放时板底部弯拉应力为0.223 MPa、板材底部变形值为0.0059 mm,均小于对应规范限值,无论正面平放还是侧面立放,混凝土板底部结构承载稳固性和变形均符合规范要求。安装时,正面布置面板最大内力值为0.00026 N/mm^(2)、板底部变形值为0.0000044 mm,侧面布置面板最大内力值为0.00006 N/mm^(2)、板底部变形值为0.000000162 mm,各参数均小于《建筑施工模板安全技术规范》允许最大值,符合规范要求。研究表明:无论是采用正面布置还是侧面布置,经系统计算都不会对板本身造成影响。
In order to improve the stability and safety of panels in building structures,it is crucial to contribute to the high-quality development of assembled buildings.The design strength grade of the article is A5.0,and the dry density grade is B06.The assembled panel with strength grade A5.0 and dry density grade B06 is composed of cement,quicklime,sand,desulfurization gypsum,and aluminum powder in the mass ratio of 15∶20∶55∶9∶1,and all the performance indexes are in accordance with the national standard for autoclaved aerated concrete panels.Afterwards,the assembled autoclaved aerated concrete panels are subjected to force analysis and calculation of bending moment,deflection,stability,support reaction force and deformation under the two static stacking modes of frontal and lateral placement,as well as under the two installation conditions of frontal and lateral placement.Calculation results show that:in the static state,the deformation value of the bottom of the slab is 0.326 mm,the bending and tensile stress of the bottom of the slab is 0.223 MPa and the deformation value of the bottom of the slab is 0.0059 mm when the slab is placed on its side,all of them are smaller than the corresponding specification limits,and the structural load-bearing stability and deformation of the bottom of the slab comply with the specification requirements regardless of the frontal flat placement or the lateral vertical placement.When the panels were installed,the maximum internal force of the front layout was 0.00026 N/mm^(2) and the deformation of the bottom of the panels was 0.0000044 mm,while the maximum internal force of the side layout panels was 0.00006 N/mm^(2) and the deformation of the bottom of the panels was 0.000000162 mm,and all the parameters were smaller than the maximum values permitted by the Technical Specification on Safety of Formwork for Construction,which were in line with the specification requirements.The study shows that the systematic calculations do not affect the panels themselves,whether they are arranged frontally or laterally.
