摘要
市场经济快速发展,产业结构不断优化调整,市场对人才的需求越来越多元化、个性化。传统的三段式“线性教育”模式,已难以满足市场深层次需求。基于此,文章提出一种创新型的设计专业人才培养模式,即基于岗课融通的点位教育模式。此模式旨在通过重新规划学习路径、优化课程结构、革新教学评价体系,来培养出市场所需的高素质设计专业人才,为设计专业的人才培养提供新的理论视角和实践路径。
With the rapid development of the market economy and the continuous optimization and adjustment of the industrial structure,the market demand for talents is becoming more and more diversified and personalized.The traditional three-stage linear education model has been difficult to meet the deep-seated needs of the market.Based on this,this paper proposes an innovative talent cultivation model for design majors,namely the point education model based on the integration of posts and courses.This model aims to cultivate high-quality design professionals required by the market by redesigning learning paths,optimizing curriculum structures,and reforming teaching evaluation systems so as to provide new theoretical perspectives and practical paths for the talent cultivation of design majors.
