摘要
新经济时代的来临,对高等职业教育既是机遇又是挑战。在分析新经济时代加强高等职业院校师资队伍建设重要性的基础上,总结当前高等职业院校师资队伍建设中存在的问题。从加强师德师风建设、提升教师专业素质能力和深化教师管理制度改革方面梳理建设模式和提出实施策略,以提高教师队伍的整体素质、加强实践能力和专业素养,从而更好地适应新经济时代的需求。
The arrival of the new economic era has brought both opportunities and challenges for higher vocational education.Based on the importance of teaching faculty construction,the paper first outlined existing problems,and then put forward effective construction models and practical strategies,so as to improve the overall quality of the teacher team,as well as strengthen their practical ability and professional literacy.
