摘要
针对我国粮油标准信息化标准制修订中的不足,分析粮油标准修订信息化管理的需求,设计粮油标准化信息管理系统架构并开发集标准立项、标准制修订、标准智能分析为一体的粮油标准化信息管理系统。研究表明,该系统能够有效在各级粮食部门、企业和物理标准处等单位之间建立统一的粮油标准共建共享平台,有利于提升我国的粮食标准制修订水平和运用水平。
Aiming at the deficiencies in China's grain and oil standard information-based standard revision,we analyze the demand for information-based management of grain and oil standard information-based standard revision,design the architecture of the grain and oil standardization information management system and develop the grain and oil standardization information management system that integrates the standard establishment,standard revision and intelligent analysis of the standard.The study shows that the system can effectively establish a unified platform for the common construction and sharing of grain and oil standards among grain departments,enterprises and physical standards offices at all levels,which is conducive to upgrading the level of China's grain standard preparation and revision and the level of application.
