某白钨矿常温浮选工艺流程试验

摘要 某白钨选厂为了解决常温浮选工艺流程结构不合理、浮选时间不足等问题,进行了常温浮选段旋流-静态微泡浮选柱试验和柱机联合试验,提出了技改方案并进行了经济概算。试验结果表明:-0.074 mm粒级回收率比传统浮选机高5~8个百分点;柱机联合1粗1精1扫流程与现场1粗1精3扫流程相比,低温时精矿WO3品位低2.832个百分点,回收率提高了6.65个百分点;常温时精矿WO3品位低0.709个百分点,回收率提高了1.05个百分点。在此基础上,提出了增加1台FCSMC浮选柱替代原有22台浮选机的技改方案,预计可新增经济效益997.47万元/a。证明FCSMC浮选柱在微细粒级的分选中具有很大优势,柱机联合可以将FCSMC浮选柱在微细粒级的分选优势与浮选机在粗粒级的分选优势相结合,为选矿厂改造提供了科学依据。 In order to solve the problems of unreasonable structure and insufficient flotation time of normal temperature flotation process in a scheelite concentrator,the cyclone-static microbubble flotation column test and column-machine joint test in the normal temperature flotation section were carried out,and the technical transformation scheme was put forward and the economic budget was estimated.The test results show that the recovery rate of-0.074 mm particle size is 5~8 percentage points higher than that of traditional flotation machine.Compared with the on-site one roughing-one cleaning-three scavenging process,using column machine combined one roughing-one cleaning-one scavenging process,the WO3 grade of the con-centrate at low temperature is 2.832 percentage points lower and the recovery rate is increased by 6.65 per-centage points.At normal temperature,the WO3 grade of concentrate islower by 0.709 percentage points,and the recovery rate is increased by 1.05 percentage points.On this basis,a technical transformation scheme of adding one FCSMC flotation column to replace the original 22 flotation machines is proposed,which is ex-pected to increase the economic benefits by 9.9747 million yuan/a.It is proved that FCSMC flotation column has great advantages in the separation of fine particles.The combination of column and machine can combine the separation advantages of FCSMC flotation column in fine particles with the separation advantages of flota-tion machine in coarse particles,which provides a scientific basis for the transformation of concentrator.
