摘要
延安时期毛泽东对外宣传思想是对马克思主义经典作家宣传思想的科学承继、对时局深度研判以及争取舆论支持的现实思考、对中国共产党早期新闻宣传经验的提炼升华和对毛泽东个人精神品格及其宣传实践的主观映照。毛泽东对外宣传思想的实践意涵主要包括坚持党性原则指导外宣事业、形成聚焦议题争取国际认同、巧用鲜活话语寻求海外共情、通过“窑洞外交”借力多元传者、实行立破并举丰富外宣渠道及根据受众立场调整外宣策略。以历史映照现实、远观未来,延安时期毛泽东对外宣传思想对新时代加强国际传播能力建设具有重要的借鉴意义。
Mao Zedong's thought on external communication during the Yan'an period is a scientific inheritance of the communication thought of the classic Marxist writers,a realistic reflection of the in-depth study of the current situation and the struggle for public opinion support,a refinement and sublimation of the CPC's early experience in press and communication,and a subjective reflection of Mao Zedong's personal character and his communication practice.The practical connotations of Mao Zedong thought on external communication are as follows:adhering to the principle of Party spirit to promote the revolutionary cause,focusing on issues to gain international recognition,seeking cognitive empathy by utilizing expressive rhetoric,leveraging on diversified communicators through kiln diplomacy,enriching the construction of channels through the implementation of the“establishment and breakthrough”approach,and adjusting the strategy of external propaganda in accordance with the standpoint of the audience.With history reflecting reality and looking into the future,Mao Zedong's thought on external communication during the Yan'an period is of great value for strengthening the construction of international communication in the new era.
