黄带犀猎蝽对草地贪夜蛾和棉铃虫高龄幼虫的捕食作用

摘要 为探究黄带犀猎蝽Sycanus croceovittatus对2种玉米重要害虫草地贪夜蛾Spodoptera frugiperda和棉铃虫Helicoverpa armigera高龄幼虫的控害潜力,在室内测定了黄带犀猎蝽对2种害虫6龄幼虫的捕食功能反应、搜寻效应及捕食选择。结果表明,黄带犀猎蝽5龄若虫及雌雄成虫对2种害虫6龄幼虫的捕食功能反应均符合HollingⅡ模型,捕食能力均为雌成虫>5龄若虫>雄成虫。黄带犀猎蝽对棉铃虫表现出正喜好性且对棉铃虫的控害效能(雌成虫:32.204;5龄若虫:25.024;雄成虫:16.527)强于草地贪夜蛾(雌成虫:29.970;5龄若虫:25.018;雄成虫:15.527);雌成虫和5龄若虫对棉铃虫的日最大捕食量(7.353、6.273头)也高于草地贪夜蛾(5.179、4.787头)。黄带犀猎蝽的搜寻效应随害虫密度的增加逐渐下降,对2种害虫的搜寻效应也呈现出雌成虫>5龄若虫>雄成虫。综上,黄带犀猎蝽5龄若虫及雌雄成虫对于攻击性较强的草地贪夜蛾和棉铃虫具有较好的生防潜能。 To evaluate the potential of the natural enemy Sycanus croceovittatus as a biocontrol agent against higher instar larvae of two important maize pests Spodoptera frugiperda and Helicoverpa armigera,predatory function responses,searching efficiency and predation preferences were studied under laboratory conditions.The results showed that the predatory functional responses of the 5th instar nymphs,female and male adults of S.croceovittatus on the 6th instar larvae of both pests fit the HollingⅡmodel.Predation abilities followed the order:female adults>5th instar nymph>male adults.Positive preference and predation capacity were higher for H.armigera(Female adult:32.204,5th instar nymph:25.024,Male adult:16.527)than for S.frugiperda(Female adult:29.970,5th instar nymph:25.018,Male adult:15.527).The maximum daily consumption of H.armigera by female adults and the 5th instars(7.353,6.273 individuals,respectively)were also higher than for S.frugiperda(5.179,4.787 individuals,respectively).The searching efficiency of S.croceovittatus decreased with increasing pest density,with a performance order of female adults>5th instar nymph>male adults.In conclusion,the 5th instar nymph,female and male adults of S.croceovittatus showed good biocontrol potential against H.armigera and S.frugiperda.
