综掘工作面除尘系统优化研究

摘要 为实现对综掘工作面粉尘的高效治理,以11305综掘工作面为研究对象,结合现场地质条件对原除尘系统应用情况进行分析,提出针对性的优化方案。现场应用后,11305综掘工作面综掘司机处全尘质量浓度、呼吸性粉尘质量浓度分别降至56.4、25.9mg/m^(3),粉尘质量浓度较优化前降幅分别达到91%、86%,除尘效果较好。 In order to realize the efficient treatment of dust in the fully mechanized excavation face,taking 11305 fully mechanized excavation face as the research object and combining with the geological conditions of the site,the application status of the original dust removal system was analyzed,the optimization scheme was put forward.After the field application,the mass concentration of total dust and respirable dust in 11305 transportation roadway was reduced to 56.4 and 25.9 mg/m^(3) respectively,and the mass concentration of dust was reduced by 91%and 86%compared with that before optimization,which meant that the dust removal effect was good.
