摘要
目的 探讨综合护理干预对肺炎患儿心理负性情绪、依从性以及家长小儿肺炎疾病知识掌握度和满意度的影响,以期为临床提供参考依据。方法 纳入2023年1月至2024年6月经泰州市第三人民医院确诊的80例肺炎患儿,以随机数字表法分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(综合护理)两组,每组40例。比较两组心理负性情绪、依从性及家长小儿肺炎疾病知识掌握度、满意度方面的差异。结果 观察组依从性高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组传播途径、自我防护意识及基本干预方法评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。两组护理后负性情绪评分降低,且观察组比对照组低(P <0.05)。相比于对照组,观察组家长总满意率更高(P <0.05)。结论综合护理干预可有效提高肺炎患儿依从性,改善负性情绪,提高家长小儿肺炎疾病知识掌握度和护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing interventions on the psychological negative emotions,compliance of children with pneumonia,and parents’disease knowledge mastery of children with pneumonia and satisfaction,so as to provide a reference for clinical practice.Methods A total of 80 children with pneumonia diagnosed in Taizhou Third People’s Hospital from January 2023 to June 2024 were included and they were divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(comprehensive nursing)by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The two groups were compared in terms of psychological negative emotions,compliance,parents’disease knowledge mastery of children with pneumonia and satisfaction.Results The compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of transmission route,self-protection awareness and basic intervention methods of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After care,the scores of negative emotion decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total satisfaction rate of parents in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the compliance of children with pneumonia,improve negative emotions and parents’disease knowledge mastery of children with pneumonia and nursing satisfaction.
