摘要
中国式现代化的推进需要发展新质生产力,低空经济正是承载这一战略目标的重要领域。对低空经济现代化水平进行测度,研究其时空特征,不仅是推动低空经济可持续发展的重要内容,而且是实现区域经济协调发展和产业转型升级的必要手段。文章基于2010—2022年中国31个省份的面板数据,从技术创新、基础设施、产业规模、市场需求和经济环境5个维度构建了低空经济现代化水平评价指标体系,采用熵权法对其进行统计测度,并运用Dagum基尼系数、核密度估计和莫兰指数分析低空经济现代化水平的区域差异和时空特征。结果表明:中国低空经济现代化水平稳步提升,东、中、西部地区呈现由高到低的分布格局。区域间差异和区域内差异均呈扩大趋势,其中,区域间差异是总体差异的主要来源。东部地区的区域内差异最大,表现出明显的极化现象。此外,低空经济现代化水平在空间上存在正相关性,形成了安徽(高跨度)、苏浙沪(高聚集)、广东(高水平)等具有代表性的地区。
The promotion of Chinese-style modernization requires the development of new-quality productivity,and low-altitude economy is an important field carrying this strategic goal.Measuring the modernization level of low-altitude economy and studying its spatiotemporal characteristics are not only important elements in promoting the sustainable development of low-altitude economy,but also a necessary means to achieve coordinated development of regional economy and industrial transformation and upgrading.Based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2010 to 2022,this paper constructs an evaluation index system for the modernization level of low-altitude economy from five dimensions:technological innovation,infrastructure,industrial scale,market demand,and economic environment,then uses the entropy weight method for statistical measurement,and finally analyzes the regional differences and spatiotemporal characteristics of the modernization level of low-altitude economy by using Dagum Gini coefficient,kernel density estimation,and Moran’s index.The results are shown as below:The modernization level of low-altitude economy in China has steadily improved,with a distribution pattern from high to low in the eastern,central,and western regions.Both inter-regional and intra-regional differences are on the rise,with inter-regional differences being the main source of overall differences.The eastern region has the largest regional differences,showing a clear polarization phenomenon.In addition,there is a positive correlation between the modernization level of low-altitude economy in space,forming representative regions such as Anhui(long span),Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai(high concentration),and Guangdong(high level).
