摘要
数字乡村建设作为建设数字中国的重要内容,为推动农业农村现代化提供了新动能。文章利用2011—2022年中国30个省份的面板数据,测算了数字乡村建设水平和农业农村现代化水平,实证分析了数字乡村建设对农业农村现代化的影响效应及作用机制。结果表明:数字乡村建设能够推动农业农村现代化水平提升,这一结论经过一系列检验后依然成立。城乡融合和产业结构升级是数字乡村建设发挥作用的重要途径。异质性检验结果表明,中西部地区农业农村现代化获得的数字红利比东部地区更加显著。
As an important part of building Digital China,the digital village construction has provided new momentum for promoting agricultural and rural modernization.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2022,this paper calculates the level of digital village construction and the level of agricultural and rural modernization,and empirically analyzes the impact and mechanism of digital village construction on agricultural and rural modernization.The results are shown as follows:The digital village construction plays a significant role in promoting the agricultural and rural modernization,and this conclusion holds up after a series of tests.The urban-rural integration and the upgrading of industrial structure are important ways for the digital village construction to play a role.The results of heterogeneity test show that the digital dividend obtained by the agricultural and rural modernization in the central and western regions is more significant than that in the eastern region.
