摘要
目的探讨和血明目片联合康柏西普、视网膜激光光凝对早期增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变(PDR)患者的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2024年1月上饶市中心医院收治的60例(60眼)PDR患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例(30眼)。对照组接受康柏西普、视网膜激光光凝治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加口服和血明目片。比较两组患者的最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、黄斑中心凹厚度(CMT)、中医症状评分。结果两组患者治疗后1、3个月的BCVA高于本组治疗前,且治疗组治疗后3个月的BCVA高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后1、3个月的CMT、中医症状评分低于本组治疗前,且治疗组治疗后3个月的CMT、中医症状评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗1个月的BCVA、CMT、中医症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论和血明目片联合康柏西普、视网膜激光光凝能有效治疗早期PDR患者,改善患者视力,减轻黄斑水肿,改善中医证候。
Objective To explore the application effect of Hexue Mingmu Tablets combined with Compaercept and retinal laser photocoagulation on patients with early proliferative diabetic retinopathy(PDR).Methods A total of 60(60 eyes)PDR patients admitted to Shangrao Central Hospital from January 2020 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 30 cases(30 eyes)in each group.The control group received Compacept and retinal laser photocoagulation therapy,and the treatment group was supplemented with oral Hexue Mingmu Tablets.The best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),central macular thickness(CMT)and traditional Chinese medicine symptom score were compared between the two groups.Results The BCVA of the two groups 1 and 3 months after treatment were higher than that before treatment,and the BCVA of the treatment group 3 months after treatment was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).CMT and traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores of two groups 1 and 3 months after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and CMT and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of two groups 3 months after treatment were lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in BCVA,CMT and traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores between the two groups after 1 month of treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Hexue Mingmu Tablets combined with Compaercept and retinal laser photocoagulation can effectively treat early PDR patients,improve visual acuity,alleviate macular edema and improve traditional Chinese medicine syndromes.
