摘要 1945年,面对国民党长期的封锁舆论及污名化宣传,中共借派代表参与旧金山联合国制宪会议之机会,由董必武、徐永煐、章汉夫等人合作,用英文撰写《中国解放区实录》一书,该书采用《解放日报》《新华日报》及中共中央领导人讲话稿等资料,用详实数据向国际社会介绍以陕甘宁边区为主体的解放区建设成就,书成后在美出版并分发给相关政要、代表,引发参会各国强烈反响。其侧重介绍中共武装抗击日本侵略、推动构建联合政府、重视经济发展等方面,反映出撰述者希望凸显中共对人民群众的重视,摆脱苏联模式等宣传策略。这既是围绕中共核心斗争任务而展开的真实论述,又扣合国外民众的心理预期,成为塑造良好国际形象的关键所在。 In 1945,in response to Kuomintang's long-term blockade on the public opinion and stigmatization,the Communist Party of China(CPC)took the opportunity of sending representatives to attend the Constituent Assembly of the United Nations in San Francisco and asked Dong Biwu,Xu Yongying,Zhang Hanfu and others to write Memorandum on China's Liberated Areas:A Factual Report on Chinese Areas Liberated from Japanese Occupation in English.This book used the information from Jiefang Daily,Xinhua Daily and some speeches of the leaders of the Central Committee of the CPC,gave the international community some detailed data about the construction achievements of the liberated areas,especially those in the Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region.This book was published in the UAS and distributed to some relevant political dignitaries and representatives,triggering a strong reaction from the participating countries.The book focused on the CPC's armed resistance to the Japanese aggression,its efforts at establishing a coalition government,and its emphasis on economic development,reflecting the authors desire to highlight the CPC's concern over the people and its move away from the Soviet model,among other publicity strategies.This could not only give a true account of the CPC's core missions and struggles,but also meet the psychological expectations of foreigners,making it a key to building a favorable international image of the CPC.
