摘要
构建渣油加氢-延迟焦化组合工艺,渣油加氢生产低硫、高残炭的脱硫渣油供给延迟焦化作原料,生产优质的负极材料(低硫石油焦),对于提升延迟焦化技术水平、减轻环保压力、促进炼油厂转型升级具有重要示范意义。结合中石油云南石化有限公司工艺流程特点和生产实际,在渣油加氢-延迟焦化组合工艺生产低硫石油焦技术的基础上,通过提高原料油减压渣油的掺炼比例提高原料的残炭,通过保持高空速和调整各反应器床层温度提高加氢脱硫选择性,通过掺炼催化裂化柴油改善原料性质,最终直接生产出硫质量分数在0.60%以下、残炭在6.00%左右的加氢渣油。成功生产出符合2B标准的高品质低硫石油焦,可以作为动力电池的负极材料,在生产轻质油品燃料的同时拓展了高附加价值的特种产品。
Construction of residual hydrogenation-delayed coking combined process,residual hydrogenation unit produces desulfurization residue with low sulfur and high carbon residue as feedstock of delayed coking unit,and produces high-quality anode materials(low sulfur petroleum coke),having important demonstration significance for improving the level of delayed coking technology,reducing environmental pressure,transforming and updating.Considering the process characteristics and the actual production of the company,on the basis of the residual hydrogenation-delayed coking combined process produced the low sulfur petroleum coke,by increasing the blending ratio of vacuum residue in the feedstock to improve the carbon residue of the feedstock,by maintaining high space velocity and adjusting the bed temperature of each reactor to enhance the selectivity of hydrogenation desulfurization,and by blending FCC diesel to improve the properties of the feedstock,hydrogenated residue with sulfur mass fraction below 0.60%and carbon residue around 6.00%can be directly produced.High quality low sulfur petroleum coke meeting the 2B standard has been successfully produced,which can be used as anode materials for power batteries.This not only meets the company’s requirements for producing light fuels,but also expands the special products with high-value.
