固定床渣油加氢装置长周期运行探索与实践总结

摘要 为延长固定床渣油加氢装置的运行周期,中国石油化工股份有限公司茂名分公司采用成套固定床渣油加氢反应器内件技术对固定床渣油加氢装置进行了技术改造,在加氢反应器封头空间安装了阻垢均流盘和新型分配器。在原料性质相近的情况下,改造后渣油加氢装置第一反应器(一反)压力降为0.13 MPa,远低于改造前,总压力降为1.2 MPa,也低于改造前。改造后一反、第二反应器(二反)压力降的升高趋势被大大延缓,系统总压力降整体平稳。在一反、二反的阻垢均流盘中分别发现了厚度约320、120 mm的沉积垢物,验证了该技术能有效拦截垢物,延缓反应器压力降上升,延长装置运行周期。 In order to extend the operation period of fixed bed residue hydrogenation unit,SINOPEC Maoming Petrochemical Company adopted a complete set of fixed bed residue hydrogenation reactor internals technology of a company,carried out technical upgrading of fixed bed residue hydrogenation unit,and installed deposit inhibition flow equalizing plate and new distributor disk in the head space of hydrogenation reactor.Under the quality of feedstock is similar,during a longer operation period after the upgrading,the first reactor pressure drop of residue hydrogenation unit is 0.13 MPa,which is much lower than the operation period before the upgrading;the total pressure drop is 1.2 MPa,which is also lower than before the upgrading.By comparing the pressure drop trend of different reactors before and after the transformation,the increase in pressure drop of the first and second reactors is greatly delayed,making the total pressure drop of the system stable.Deposit with heights of about 320 mm and 120 mm are found in the deposit inhibition flow equalizing plate of the first and second reactors.It is verified that this technology can effectively intercept deposit,delay the rise of reactor pressure drop,and prolong the operation cycle of the unit.
