摘要改革开放初期,情感动员工作受到小三线企业的高度重视。作为小三线建设代表性企业,上海八五钢厂利用饱含情感意蕴的人物、事例、话语、活动等,结合多维度的情感运作,构建起包括情感叙事、情感传递、情感体验、情感反馈等多个环节,旨在形成情感共鸣的场域。上海八五钢厂以情励志,以情助融,以情施教,使情感超越了个体心理体验的层面,成为企业激发劳动精神,融洽人际关系,教育问题青年的重要力量。在情感互动中,职工从口号式动员的“冷眼旁观者”,转变为情感动员的“热切交往者”。情感以柔性方式浸润到企业之中,成为维护企业和谐稳定,推动企业良性发展的要素。 In the early stage of reform and opening up,emotional mobilization was highly valued by small third-line enterprises.As a representative enterprise of small third-line construction,Shanghai 85 Steel Factory uses characters,examples,discourses,activities,etc.full of emotional implications,combined with multi-dimensional emotional operation to construct multiple links including emotional narrative,emotional transmission,emotional experience,emotional feedback,etc.,aiming to form a field of emotional resonance.Shanghai 85 Steel Factory inspires,helps with feelings,and teaches with feelings,so that emotions transcends the level of individual psychological experience and becomes an important force for enterprises to stimulate the spirit of labor,harmonious interpersonal relations,and educate young people.In emotional interaction,employees change from“cold-eye spectators”of slogan mobilization to“eager communicators”of emotional mobilization.Emotions infiltrate the enterprise in a flexible way,becoming a factor in maintaining the harmony and stability of the enterprise and promoting the benign development of the enterprise.
