摘要
目的:观察补肾宁心汤联合激素替代疗法治疗心肾不交型卵巢早衰(POF)的临床疗效。方法:选取76例心肾不交型卵巢早衰患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各38例,对照组予戊酸雌二醇片及黄体酮软胶囊治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合补肾宁心汤口服治疗,疗程均为3个月。比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分、性激素指标及子宫超声检测指标,评价综合疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为86.84%(33/38),对照组为57.89%(22/38),2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后中医证候积分及促卵泡生成素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),雌二醇(E2)及子宫内膜厚度、子宫体积水平均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组上述指标改善幅度均大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾宁心汤联合激素治疗心肾不交型POF疗效确切,能够改善患者临床症状及血清性激素水平。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Bushen Ningxin decoction combined with hormone replacement therapy in the treatment of premature ovarian failure(POF)with disharmony between heart and kidney.Methods:A total of 76 POF patients with disharmony between heart and kidney were enrolled and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 38 patients in each group.The patients in the control group received estradiol valerate tablets and progesterone soft capsules,and those in the treatment group received oral administration of Bushen Ningxin decoction in addition to the treatment in the control group.The course of treatment was 3 months for both groups.The two groups were compared in terms of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,sex hormones,and uterus ultrasound parameters,and overall response was assessed.Results:There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group[86.84%(33/38)vs 57.89%(22/38),P<0.05].After treatment,both groups had significant reductions in TCM syndrome sore and the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone(P<0.05)and significant increases in estradiol,endometrial thickness,and uterine volume(P<0.05),and the treatment group had significantly greater improvements than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Ningxin decoction combined with hormone replacement therapy has a marked clinical effect in the treatment of POF with disharmony between heart and kidney and can improve clinical symptoms and the serum levels of sex hormones.
