Reforming Students’Comprehensive Quality Evaluation Through Performance Assessment Based on Information Technology:Practical Significances,Internal Mechanisms,and Design Applications

摘要基于信息技术的表现性评价能够为学生综合素质评价改革提供重要的理论和实践指导,助力破解“有指标缺工具”的“卡脖子”难题。然而,基于信息技术的表现性评价“以何”“为何”“如何”助推学生综合素质评价改革仍有待探讨。该文首先从新模式、新技术、新支撑和新服务四个方面论述了基于信息技术的表现性评价助推学生综合素质评价改革的现实意义;从目标同向、内容一致、理念相同、方法契合四个层面解析了基于信息技术的表现性评价助推学生综合素质评价改革的内在机理。随后,该文分析了综合素质评价改革中基于信息技术的表现性评价的设计原则和流程,并分别以协作问题解决能力评价和书面语言表达能力评价为例阐述了其具体应用。最后,该文分别从情境创设、数据采集、技术应用和质量保证四个维度指出了基于信息技术的表现性评价助推学生综合素质评价改革的发展建议。 Performance assessment based on information technology(PAIT)can provide important theoretical and practical guidance for reforming students’comprehensive quality evaluation(SCQE),and help crack the“stuck neck”problem of“available indicators but without assessment tools”.However,it remains to be discussed“what”,“why”and“how”PAIT promotes reforming SCQE.This paper first discusses PAIT’s practical significances for promoting SCQE’s reform from four aspects:new mode,technology,support,and service.It analyzes PAIT’s internal mechanism to promote SCQE’s reform from four aspects:same goal,content,idea,and method.Then,this paper analyzes the design principle and process of PAIT in reforming SCQE,and expounds its specific application by taking assessments of collaborative problem-solving skills and language expression as examples,respectively.Finally,this paper points out the development suggestions of promoting SCQE’s reform by PAIT from four dimensions:direction,theory,practice,and quality.
