摘要
目的:回顾性分析基于赋能理论的改良护理模式在冠心病中的临床应用价值。方法:选取2022年8月到2023年8月我院96例冠心病患者,1:1匹配设计按护理方法不同分为对照组(n=48)、赋能组(n=48),对照组行常规护理,赋能组在此基础上行基于赋能理论的改良护理模式。比较2组心功能、负性情绪、康复行为。结果:与干预前相比,干预后赋能组LVEDD、SV、LVEF指标改善幅度均大于对照组(P<0.05);干预后赋能组HAMA、HAMD评分低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后赋能组运动、健康责任、心理安适、营养等康复行为能力评分升高幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对冠心病患者实施基于赋能理论的改良护理模式,能改善心功能、负性情绪,提高康复行为能力。
Objective:To retrospectively analyze the clinical application value of the improved nursing model based on empowerment theory in coronary heart disease.Methods:Ninety-six patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected and divided into a control group(n=48)and an empowerment group(n=48)based on a 1:1 matching design according to different nursing methods.The control group received routine nursing care,while the empowerment group received an improved nursing model based on empowerment theory in addition to routine nursing care.The cardiac function,negative emotions,and rehabilitation behaviors of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with before intervention,the improvement of LVEDD,SV,and LVEF indicators in the empowerment group after intervention was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the empowerment group after intervention were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the improvement of rehabilitation behavior ability scores such as exercise,health responsibility,psychological comfort,and nutrition in the empowerment group after intervention was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of an improved nursing model based on empowerment theory for patients with coronary heart disease can improve cardiac function,negative emotions,and enhance their ability to engage in rehabilitation behaviors.
