摘要
为有效解决发射药切断工艺过程中人工取样进行尺寸检测的安全风险,采用基于灰度投影法的药粒尺寸在线检测技术,实时取样检测药粒长度,反馈调节药粒切长。试验结果表明:基于长度补偿型数据采集算法的药粒尺寸在线检测装置,与人工测量数据的最大相对相差约为16%,而优化后的基于边长平均值数据采集算法的药粒尺寸在线检测装置,与人工测量数据的最大相对相差约为6%,检测准确度有所提高。与此同时,药粒尺寸在线检测装置与千分尺的检测精度相当,检测相对误差不超过3%,可满足生产线要求。药粒尺寸在线检测装置的检测精度满足工艺要求,能够实现对药粒长度的在线监测与质量控制。
To effectively address the safety risks associated with manual sampling for size detection in the propellant cutting process,an online detection technology for pellet size based on the grayscale projection method is adopted.This technology enables real-time sampling and detection of pellet length,providing feedback to adjust process parameters such as pellet cutting length.Experimental results indicate that the device using a length compensation algorithm has a maximum relative change of about 16%compared to manual measurements.In contrast,the optimized device with an edge length average algorithm shows a maximum relative change of about 6%,indicating improved accuracy.Additionally,the pellet size online detection device has precision comparable to that of a micrometer,with measurement relative error not exceeding 3%,meeting production line requirements.The detection accuracy of this device meets process requirements and allows for effective online monitoring and quality control of pellet length.
