摘要
在高等院校各项教育教学工作中,后勤工作是高等院校不可分割的构成之一,也是“三全育人”的一种途径,与全校师生的生活、工作、教学等活动密切相关,起到了重要的基础性、保障性作用。研究高等院校后勤怎样做好服务育人工作,对进一步健全并创新服务育人、“三全育人”理念起到了积极作用,也对思政教育实践路径的开拓意义重大。但是,通过资料查询发现有关高等院校后勤服务育人相关理论研究并未成熟,基于“三全育人”的背景来研究高等院校后勤服务育人的资料文献并不多,能够借鉴的经验也不是很丰富,需要深入去探讨思考。
In various educational and teaching work in colleges and universities,logistics work plays an important basic and guarantee role,which is closely related to the life,work and teaching activities of teachers and students.It is one of the inseparable components of colleges and universities,and also a way of“Three-wide”education.The study of how to do a good job of service education in the logistics of colleges and universities plays a positive role in further perfecting and innovating the concept of service education and“Three-wide”education,and is of great significance to the development of the practice path of ideological and political education,so as to achieve innovation in the ways and methods of ideological and political education.However,through research,it is found that the theoretical studies on the educational role of universities’logistics are not get mature.Specifically,there are not many documents and literature studying the educational role of logistics from the perspective of the“Three-wide”education and there is not much experience to learn from.More in-depth discussion and thinking are needed.
