摘要
构建中国特色健康社会工作知识体系是社会福利服务现代化的专业体现。在遵循全人健康观、全民健康观、全程健康观和全域健康观的核心理念的基础上,中国特色健康社会工作既要突出学术体系的本体论、认识论、方法论、知识论、价值论以及实践论内核,也要完善学科体系内学科对象与目标、学科属性与范畴、学科溯源及历史、学科理论与知识、学科课程与教学、学科组织与评价体系的科学布局,更要拓展相关的政策话语、学术话语、学科话语、公众话语、实践话语以及国际话语体系。在全面贯彻党的健康中国建设要求下,未来需不断巩固健康社会工作的发展成果,探索新问题、提炼新观念、构筑新理论、放眼新领域,进而应对健康挑战,彰显中国特色人文关怀。
The construction of a health social work knowledge system with Chinese characteristics represents a professional embodiment of the modernization of social welfare services.Based on the core principles of the whole-person health,wholepopulation health,whole-process health,and whole-area health,health social work with Chinese characteristics should emphasize the core components of the academic system,including ontology,epistemology,methodology,knowledge theory,value theory,and practical theory.Simultaneously,it is equally necessary to refine the scientific structure of the discipline by clearly defining its objectives and scope,disciplinary attributes and categories,historical development and origins,theoretical and knowledge systems,curriculum and pedagogy,as well as organizational and evaluation frameworks.Additionally,efforts must focus on expanding relevant discourse systems,including policy discourse,academic discourse,disciplinary discourse,public discourse,practical discourse,and international discourse.In line with the CPC's directives for building a Healthy China,the future calls for sustained efforts to consolidate and advance the achievements of health social work.This involves addressing emerging challenges,refining innovative concepts,constructing new theoretical frameworks,and exploring uncharted fields.By doing so,health social work with Chinese characteristics will effectively respond to health challenges and exemplify the unique humanistic care rooted in Chinese characteristics.
