摘要
铸牢中华民族共同体意识是新时代党的民族工作的主线,也是民族地区各项工作的主线,扎实推进中华民族共同体建设能够为中华民族伟大复兴凝聚磅礴力量。铸牢中华民族共同体意识入法能够与中国式现代化实现多维联结,也是中国式现代化的重要条件和基本动力。铸牢中华民族共同体意识入法应坚持抽象确认与具体承接原则,这是遵循政策转化法律客观规律、促进制度优势转化为治理效能、立足中国特色社会主义法治实践的必然要求。为避免铸牢中华民族共同体意识入法的泛化,应该在政治强度判断标准下,构建入法的正面清单与负面清单,从而确保铸牢中华民族共同体意识入法的规范化。
confirmation and concrete acceptance,which is indispensable for following the objective law of policy transformed into law,promoting the transformation of institutional advantages into governance effectiveness,and being based on the practice of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics.In order to avoid the generalization of incorporating the strong sense of community for the Chinese nation into law,a positive list and a negative list of laws should be constructed under the standard of political intensity judgment,so as to ensure the standardization of incorporating the strong sense of community for the Chinese nation into law.
