摘要
基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF MS)作为一种新兴的蛋白质组学检测技术,以其快速、准确、高通量、易操作等特点,已广泛应用于微生物鉴定领域,受到国内外的广泛关注。本文介绍了MALDI-TOF MS技术的原理,并对其在病原微生物鉴定、同源性分析分型、耐药性检测方面的应用进行综述。
Matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry(MALDI-TOF MS)has been widely used in microbial identification,as a novel proteomics detection technology.It has attracted worldwide attention because of its fast,accurate,high throughput and easy operation.In this paper,the principle of MALDI-TOF MS technology was introduced,as well as the application in microbial identification,homology analysis and typing and drug-resistance.
