摘要
BZT1000型驮运架一体机的车载同步顶升系统主要用于大型桥梁的整体顶升,而其特殊的工况决定了顶升对象为较大负载、偏载.由多个液压缸形成的顶升装置在顶升过程中,会因多缸的相互作用而影响同步精度的进一步提高.为此设计了模糊解耦控制策略,通过与同等方式PID位置闭环控制策略的仿真比较,发现模糊解耦控制在较大负载、偏载的工况下多缸同步精度较高.
The BZT1000 carry-frame-integrated synchronous lifting system is mainly used for lifting large bridges,whereas the bigger and unbalanced loadings of lifted objects are resulted from special working conditions.Due to the interactions among multiple hydraulic cylinders of lifting device,the synchronous precision is affected.By comparing the fuzzy decoupling with equivalent PID position closed loop control strategy,it is detected from simulation results that the proposed strategy possesses higher synchronous precision under bigger and unbalanced loading conditions.
