摘要
本文总结了黎平县国家储备林项目建设中林地流转、林木收储工作的经验和做法,分析了目前可能潜在的风险和问题,并提出了对策和建议,为各地区实施国储林项目提供借鉴和参考。
This paper summarizes the experience and practices of forest land acquisition and storage on the construction of national reserve forest project in Liping County,analyzes the current potential risks and problems,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to provide references for the implementation of national reserve forest project in all regions.
