Research and Implementation of Synchronization Strategy for Fault Data between Smart Human-machine Interface and Handheld Terminals in High-Speed EMU

摘要 为优化高速动车组的行车安全以及提高随车机械师的应急处理能力,提出了一种适用于高速动车组中智能显示屏与手持终端的故障诊断、预测预警和图像告警同步处理机制,从系统架构层面保证数据的一致性、准确性。实际部署测试验证了随车机械师能够通过手持终端实时获取列车的故障诊断、预测预警和图像告警信息以及智能显示屏和手持终端的数据一致性,进一步提高了应急处理效率并提升了行车安全。 To optimize the operational safety of high-speed trains and enhance the emergency handling capabilities of onboard mechanics,a mechanism for synchronized handling of fault diagnosis,predictive warnings,and image alarms between smart humanmachine interface and handheld terminals is proposed for high-speed trains.This mechanism ensures data consistency and accuracy at the system architecture level.Through actual deployment and testing,it has been verified that onboard mechanics can obtain real-time information regarding train fault diagnosis,predictive warnings,and image alarms through handheld terminals and that the consistency of data between smart human-machine interface and handheld terminals is maintained.This further improves emergency handling efficiency and enhances operational safety.
