摘要
针对轮胎式龙门起重机轮胎使用过程中常出现的充气轮胎起鼓、充胶轮胎开裂、轮毂开裂变形等问题,设计了一种轮胎外形检测装置,当轮胎出现以上问题时,外形发生轻微变化,即可触发报警,可在问题出现初期及时采取维保措施,消除隐患,提高设备的安全性。
Aiming at the problems of pneumatic tire bulging,rubber-filled tire cracking,wheel hub cracking and deformation that often occur during the use of rubber-tyred gantry cranes,a tire shape detection device is designed.When the above problems occur in the tire,a slight change in the shape can trigger an alarm,and maintenance measures can be taken in the early stage of the problem to eliminate hidden dangers and improve the safety of the equipment.
