摘要
知识产权专业硕士的设立对于加快推进知识产权强国建设具有重要意义。当前知识产权人才培养领域存在高层次人才短缺、专业背景较为单一、产教融合机制不够健全等问题,要明确知识产权专业硕士学科定位与特征,强调法学、管理学、经济学等跨学科综合素养的培养。在知识产权专业硕士学科建设上要解决知识产权专业硕士教育与职业发展的衔接问题,强调跨学科的师资团队构建,设置模块化课程以及构建产教协同实践教学平台,以培养学生的综合能力和实践操作技能,从而培养知识产权高素质人才。
The establishment of master's degree in intellectual property is of great significance in accelerating the construction of a intellectual property powerhouse.At present,there are some problems in the field of intellectual property talent training,such as the shortage of high-level talents,the relatively homogeneous professional background,and the imperfect integration mechanism of industry and education.It is necessary to clarify the discipline orientation and characteristics of professional master's degree in intellectual property,and emphasize the cultivation of interdisciplinary comprehensive literacy such as law,management and economics.In the construction of IP master's disciplines,it is necessary to solve the problem of connecting IP master's education and professional development,emphasizing the construction of interdisciplinary teacher teams,setting up modular courses and constructing industry-Education collaborative practice teaching platform,so as to cultivate students'comprehensive ability and practical skills,and to cultivate high-quality talents in intellectual property.
