摘要
服务贸易创新发展促进了创新要素流动,改善了服务业开放环境,强化了国内外市场竞争,为企业节能减排提供了有利条件。本文利用A股上市公司数据研究了服务贸易创新发展政策对企业碳排放和污染排放的影响,结果发现:服务贸易创新发展试点政策显著降低了企业碳排放和污染排放,验证了服务贸易创新发展的节能减排效应,该结论经过一系列稳健性检验后仍然成立。服务贸易创新发展显著促进了国有企业碳排放的降低,对非国有企业影响较小,对重点污染企业的影响大于非重点污染企业。沿海城市、政商关系较好和创新能力较高的城市服务贸易创新发展对碳排放降低的促进作用更大。服务贸易创新发展主要通过创新要素集聚、数字化水平提升和服务化转型升级促进企业节能减排,其中创新要素包括人才和资本要素,数字化水平包括数字化转型和数字技术提升,服务化转型包括地区产业结构升级和企业服务化水平提升。本研究为国家服务贸易政策制定和企业绿色发展提供了一定的参考和借鉴。
The innovative development of trade in services promotes the flow of innovative factors,improves the open environment of the service industry,strengthens domestic and international market competition,and provides favorable conditions for enterprises to save energy and reduce pollution emissions.This paper uses data from A-share listed companies to study the impact of service trade innovation development policies on corporate carbon emissions and pollution emissions.The results demonstrate that the pilot policy significantly reduces these emissions,confirming the effectiveness of this policy in promoting energy efficiency and emission reduction.This conclusion remains valid even after conducting a series of robustness tests.The innovation has a particularly strong impact in state-owned enterprises and key pollution enterprises,but with lesser effect on non-state-owned enterprises and ordinary pollution enterprises.Additionally,the development is more effective in coastal cities,cities with strong government-business relations,and with higher level of innovation.The innovative development of service trade mainly promotes enterprise energy conservation and pollution emission reduction through the aggregation of innovative factors,the improvement of digital level,and the upgrading of service-oriented transformation.The innovative factors include talent and capital,while the digital level includes digital transformation and digital technology improvement.The service-oriented transformation includes the upgrading of regional industrial structure and the improvement of enterprise service-oriented level.This study provides reference and inspiration for the formulation of national service trade policies and the green development of enterprises.
