摘要
为改善MH油田转输系统原油的流动性,确保原油安全流动的同时减少运行能耗、提高转输系统的经济效益,对MH油田转输系统进行现场调研取样,开展了原油降凝剂实验研究,实现转输系统常温集输。根据原油凝点降幅的物性筛选出适用于MH油田转输系统的降凝剂类型2#降凝剂(聚丙烯酸酯类)。与现场使用的阻垢剂、缓蚀剂、破乳剂进行配伍性实验,该降凝剂与各化学药剂间的配伍性良好。结合现场流动运行工况,最终确定MH油田4个转输系统中降凝剂的经济加注质量浓度,MA18和MA131转油站为10 mg/L,MA2和AI2转油站为20 mg/L。通过分析现场加热情况发现,加降凝剂输送冬夏季的运行能耗费用均大幅降低,直接减少了加热炉耗气量,由此也减少了加热输送的碳排放量,从而实现了MH油田转输系统的安全、经济、环保运行。
To improve the fluidity of crude oil in the MH Oilfield transfer system,ensure the safe flow of crude oil,reduce the operational energy consumption,and enhance the economic benefits of the transfer system,on-site investigation and sampling in the MH Oilfield transfer system are carried out.Experimental research on pour point depressants for the MH Oilfield transfer system is carried out as well,which can assist the system in achieving normal temperature transportation.The pour point depressant suitable for MH Oilfield transfer system is selected based on the physical properties of crude oil pour point reduction,which is the type-2^(#)pour point depressant(polyacrylic ester).At the same time,compatibility experiments are conducted with scale inhibitors,corrosion inhibitors,and demulsifying agent used on-site.A good compatibility of results is found.Based on the on-site flow operation conditions,the economic injection concentration of pour point depressants in the four transfer systems of MH Oilfield is finally determined where MA18 and MA131 transfer stations are 10 mg/L,MA2 and AI2 transfer stations are 20 mg/L.By analyzing the on-site heating situation,it is found that the operating energy consumption cost of adding pour point depressants for transportation in winter and summer has been significantly reduced.The gas consumption of the heating furnace has been reduced directly,and thus the amount of carbon emission also has been reduced.Thus,the safe,economical,and environmentally friendly operation of the MH Oilfield transmission system has been achieved.
