燃气轮机高温透平叶片制造NQI体系构建方法研究

摘要 为提升我国重型燃气轮机制造NQI水平,本文以高温透平叶片为研究对象,开展了叶片制造NQI体系构建方法研究。研究内容包括NQI指标体系构建流程、原则、指标初选以及指标体系确立等。研究的叶片制造NQI要素包括叶片相关的标准、计量、检验检测以及认证认可。通过文献查阅、实地调研、专家咨询和QFD分析的方式确定影响每个要素的指标因素,构建叶片制造质量基础指标体系模型。最终,建立了包含91指标的透平叶片制造NQI体系,其中:一级指标4个,二级指标16个,三级指标42个。研究结果为推动我国重型燃气轮机制造的稳态高质量发展提供NQI体系建设方案支撑。 In order to improve the NQI level of heavy-duty gas turbine manufacturing in China,this paper takes high-temperature turbine blades as the research object and conducts research on the construction method of NQI system for blade manufacturing.The research content includes the construction process,principles,preliminary selection of indicators,and establishment of the NQI indicator system.The paper researches NQI elements of blade manufacturing including blade-related standards,metrology,inspection and testing,as well as certification and accreditation.It determines the indicator factors that affect each element through literature review,field research,expert consultation,and QFD analysis,and constructs a basic indicator system model for blade manufacturing quality.Finally,a NQI system for turbine blade manufacturing with 91 indicators was established,including 4 primary indicators,16 secondary indicators,and 42 tertiary indicators.The research results provide support for the construction of NQI system to promote the steady and high-quality development of heavy-duty gas turbine manufacturing in China.
