循环肿瘤DNA生物传感检测技术研究进展

摘要 循环肿瘤DNA(circulating tumor DNA,ctDNA)携带与肿瘤相关的基因突变信息,包括单核苷酸变异(SNV)、插入/删除(indel)和基因融合(fusion)等。ctDNA在癌症早期筛查、靶向用药指导,治疗效果评估以及预后等方面显示出重要的临床意义与价值。本文总结了现有ctDNA检测技术特点,重点论述了生物传感在提高ctDNA检测技术特异性和灵敏度方面的常用策略,最后探讨其未来的发展趋势。
