摘要
文章探讨了pH仪表在煤化工废水处理化学反应中的关键作用,通过实验分析,研究发现pH仪表能够精确调控中和、氧化、沉淀等反应的最佳pH条件,显著提高COD、酚类、氨氮、重金属等污染物的去除效果,出水水质稳定达标。pH仪表优化控制策略可有效降低药剂消耗,节约运行成本,相关模型为pH、ORP、EC的协同控制提供了理论依据。
This paper explores the critical role of pH meters in the chemical reactions involved in coal chemical wastewater treatment.Through experimental analysis,it was found that pH meters can precisely regulate the optimal pH conditions for neutralization,oxidation,precipitation,and other reactions,significantly improving the removal efficiency of pollutants such as COD,phenols,ammonia nitrogen,and heavy metals,ensuring stable and compliant effluent quality.The optimized control strategy of pH meters can effectively reduce chemical consumption and save operational costs.The related model provides a theoretical basis for the synergistic control of pH,ORP,and EC.
