摘要
知识经济是一种建立在知识基础之上的,随着社会新形势变革而产生的经济形态。其以创新为核心,以知识为主要生产要素,强调人的智力和能力。创新性、技术性、数智化、可持续化等特征与新质生产力高度契合,是推动新质生产力发展的新引擎。知识经济时代,企业知识管理模式和方法发生变革,企业的竞争能力也将随之发生质的变化。基于此,本文通过分析知识经济下企业知识管理的意义与问题,分析企业未来发展的机遇和挑战,并提出相应对策建议,主要包括企业知识管理工作必须要充分结合知识经济的发展特点,在原有基础上进一步强化知识管理意识、充分运用知识管理方法、改进知识管理手段、发挥知识管理作用。
A knowledge-based economy is an economic form based on knowledge that emerges in response to new social changes.At its core,it is innovation,with knowledge being the primary factor of production,and it stresses human intelligence and capabilities.The characteristics of high informatization,high intelligence,high knowledge and sustainability are highly compatible with the new quality productivity,which is a new engine to promote the development of new quality productivity.In the era of knowledge economy,enterprise knowledge management mode and methods are also undergoing changes,and the competitive ability of enterprises will also undergo qualitative changes.This paper explores the opportunities and challenges of future enterprise development while analyzing the significance and problems of enterprise knowledge management in the knowledge economy,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,mainly including enterprise knowledge management work must be fully combined with the development characteristics of the knowledge economy,on the basis of the original to further strengthen the knowledge management consciousness,fully utilize the knowledge management methods,improve the means of knowledge management,and play the role of knowledge management.
