摘要
目的:探讨循证护理在神经外科重症患者肠内营养支持中的应用价值。方法:选取2022年3月—2023年10月82例镇江市第一人民医院神经外科重症患者,按照护理方法不同分为观察组(n=41,给予循证护理)和对照组(n=41,给予常规护理)。比较两组患者营养状况、免疫指标和并发症。结果:干预前的营养指标、免疫功能指标,两组无明显差异(P>0.05)。干预后的营养指标、免疫功能指标,两组均优于干预前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率(17.07%),明显低于对照组(48.78%)(P<0.05)。结论:将循证护理应用于神经外科重症患者肠内营养支持中,可以显著提升其营养支持效果,明显改善患者的机体营养水平,提升其免疫功能,有效降低其并发症发生率。
Objective:To explore effectiveness of evidence-based nursing in enteral nutrition support for critically ill neurosurgical patients.Methods:A total of eighty-two severe neurosurgical patients admitted to Zhenjiang First People's Hospital from March 2022 to October 2023 divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing methods,with forty-one cases in each group.Observation group was given evidence-based nursing,control group was given routine nursing.Compared nutritional status,immune indexes and complications between two groups.Results:The nutritional and immune function indicators before intervention were comparable(P>0.05).After intervention,in observation group,nutritional and immune function indicators were better than control group,P<0.05.The incidence of complications(17.07%)was lower than control group(48.78%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing in enteral nutrition support for severe neurosurgery patients can significantly improve the nutritional support effect significantly improve the nutritional level of patients,enhance their immune function,and effectively reduce the incidence of complications.
