摘要
文中分析了BIM技术在施工全过程管理的具体应用和管理难点,建立了基于BIM技术的装配式住宅建筑的施工管理方法,以此优化装配式建筑的施工流程,排查施工过程的安全隐患,提升施工企业的施工管理水平。本研究成果可为同类型装配式住宅建筑的施工管理提供参考。
Prefabricated residential buildings have the advantages of fast construction speed and high efficiency,and have been widely used in engineering.BIM technology is of great significance to the construction cost,safety,schedule and fine construction management of prefabrica-ted residential buildings in the construction process,and can improve the economic benefits of construction enterprises.This paper analyzes the specific application and management difficulties of BIM technology in the whole construction process management,and establishes the construc-tion management method of prefabricated residential buildings based on BIM technology,so as to optimize the construction process of prefabri-cated buildings,check the sa fety risks in the construction process,and improve the construction management level of construction enterprises.The research results can provide reference for the construction management of prefabricated residential buildings of the same type.
