摘要
近年来,奥运档案管理日益受到学术界和馆藏机构的高度重视。科学管理和充分利用北京奥运档案,有助于促进奥林匹克运动与城市、国家发展的良性互动。在分析国际奥委会相关规定、国家档案管理政策以及北京奥运档案形成背景的基础上,系统梳理了北京奥运档案管理体系的多重背景,并提炼出了北京奥运档案管理在纳入遗产规划、构建协同格局、创新利用方式、健全制度体系等方面形成的宝贵经验,进而分析了这些经验对于转变档案管理理念、创新工作机制、明晰法律关系、强化全生命周期管理等方面的重要启示,力图以北京奥运档案管理实践为鉴,为提升重大活动档案管理水平、促进奥林匹克事业发展提供有益参考。
In recent years,Olympic archives management has been paid more and more attention by academic circles and collection institutions.Scientific management and full use of the Beijing Olympic archives will help promote the positive interaction between the Olympic movement and the development of the city and the country.Based on the analysis of the relevant regulations of the International Olympic Committee,the national archives management policy and the background of the formation of the Beijing Olympic archives,this paper systematically combs the multiple backgrounds of the Beijing Olympic archives management system,and extracts the valuable experience of the Beijing Olympic archives management in the aspects of including heritage planning,building coordination pattern,innovative utilization methods,and improving the system system.This paper further analyzes the important implications of these experiences for changing the concept of archives management,innovating the working mechanism,clarifying the legal relationship and strengthening the management of the whole life cycle,and tries to take the practice of Beijing Olympic archives management as a reference to improve the level of archives management of major activities and promote the development of the Olympic cause.
