摘要
目的探讨针刺联合清热安神汤治疗痰热扰心型失眠的效果及对神经递质水平的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2023年1月收治的90例痰热扰心型失眠患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组采取常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加针刺与清热安神汤治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分低于对照组,36条简明健康调查量表(SF-36)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的5-羟色胺(5-HT)、多巴胺(DA)、胶质细胞源性神经营养因子(GDNF)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合清热安神汤治疗痰热扰心型失眠的效果满意,可提高患者的睡眠质量与生活质量,也能调节5-HT、DA、GDNF、BDNF等神经递质表达,值得推广与应用。
Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with Qingre Anshen decoction on insomnia of phlegm-heat disturbing heart type and its influences on neurotransmitter levels.Methods A total of 90 patients with phlegm-heat disturbing heart type insomnia admitted from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture and Qingre Anshen decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the 36-item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),dopamine(DA),glial cell line derived neurotrophic factor(GDNF)and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The acupuncture combined with Qingre Anshen decoction in the treatment of insomnia of phlegm-heat disturbing heart type has satisfactory effect,it can improve the sleep quality and quality of life of patients,and can also regulate the expression of neurotransmitters such as 5-HT,DA,GDNF and BDNF,which is worthy of promotion and application.
