摘要
文章以昭苏县乡村民宿为研究对象,结合学术视角及乡村振兴战略“二十字”方针进行具体评价指标体系的初步构建,并利用因子分析法对其进行优化,最终得到一个涵盖5个维度,22个指标的乡村民宿发展效应评价指标体系,在此基础上确定了各级指标权重,建立民宿发展效应的模糊评价模型,最终得到模糊综合评价总评分为3.577,说明昭苏县民宿业的整体发展效应一般,产生不同效应大小的排序为:新业态经营示范效应>就业增收效应>文化融合效应>村容村貌改善效应>“旅游+”产业带动效应。基于此,探究其所存在的问题并提出优化对策,旨在促进当地民宿更好地发展,以期实现乡村民宿可持续发展及效应的更大化,从而助推乡村振兴。
This paper takes the rural homestay in Zhaosu County as the research object,combines the academic perspective and the"twenty words"policy of the rural revitalization strategy to construct the specific evaluation index system,and uses the factor analysis method to optimize it.Finally,an evaluation index system for the development effect of rural homestay covering 5 dimensions and 22 indicators is obtained.On this basis,the weights of indicators at all levels are determined,and a fuzzy evaluation model for the development effect of homestay is established.Finally,the total score of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is 3.577,indicating that the overall development effect of the homestay industry in Zhaosu County is general.The order of different effects is:new business model effect>employment income effect>cultural integration effect>village appearance improvement effect>tourism+industry driving effect.Based on this,the paper explores the existing problems and puts forward optimization countermeasures,aiming at promoting the better developments of local homestays,in order to realize the sustainable development and greater effect of rural homestays,so as to boost rural revitalization.
