摘要
西北地区自古以来就是我国少数民族主要聚居地,民族构成复杂,宗教信仰各异。延安时期,面对日寇利用民族问题分裂中国及国民党的大汉族主义政策,中共为构建“一个伟大的民族国家”,因时因势着力于中华民族观的形塑,为推进现代意义上的民族整合进行了有益探索。在中共中央指导下,身居西北民族聚集地的中共中央西北局不断完善自身民族工作组织体系,在广泛调查研究的基础上,从政治、经济、文化等多重维度率先在西北地区进行了“从多元凝聚为一体”的民族工作实践,促进了西北少数民族对中国共产党和中华民族的认同建构,对新时代铸牢中华民族共同体意识工作具有重要启示价值。
Since ancient times,the Northwest region has been a major settlement area for ethnic minorities in China,characterized by complex ethnic composition and diverse religious beliefs.During the Yan'an period,faced with Japanese invaders exploiting ethnic issues to divide China and the Han chauvinism policies of the Kuomintang(KMT),the Communist Party of China(CPC),in its efforts to construct"a great national state,"focused on shaping the concept of the Chinese nation according to the situation and needs.This was a beneficial exploration towards promoting modern national integration.Under the guidance of the CPC Central Committee,the Northwest Bureau of the CPC,which was located in the ethnic minority areas of the Northwest,continuously improved its organizational system for ethnic work.Based on extensive investigations and research,it pioneered ethnic work practices in the Northwest region aimed at"uniting diversity into unity"from multiple dimensions including politics,economy,and culture.This effort facilitated the identification and recognition of the Chinese Communist Party and the Chinese nation among ethnic minorities in the Northwest,providing significant insights for fostering a sense of Community for the Chinese nation in the new era.
